Why Manuscr Exists
The Kennis ecosystem has 5+ brands, 14+ products, and a growing portfolio of marketing sites. Managing content in separate WordPress instances, Google Docs, and scattered tools was unsustainable. Manuscr exists to centralise content operations — one platform for pages, forms, documents, media, and CRM across every brand.
Multi-Site CMS
One admin panel manages content for kenniscapital.com, septimius.io, kennisos.com, and every product landing page. We solve the multi-brand content problem that no off-the-shelf CMS handles well.
Beyond Content
Manuscr is not just a CMS. It is forms, documents, media, CRM, and lead management — a full digital operations platform built on Payload CMS with custom multi-site architecture.
AI-Native Editing
KORA is embedded in the editor. Generate copy, summarise form submissions, suggest content improvements, and automate approval workflows — all from the admin panel.

Manuscr is built and maintained by Septimius Tech — a Kennis Capital portfolio company. We are the content infrastructure team powering every website and marketing operation in the ecosystem.

Verbal Case Interview
A structured conversation exploring how you think about problems. We present a scenario relevant to the role and discuss your approach. No preparation required — we want to see how you reason.
Experience Interview
Your interviewer will explore your background, interests and career goals. Some interviewers may conduct a mini-case based on your professional experiences.
Written Case Interview
You will receive materials and be asked to write a memo summarising findings and recommendations. Technology candidates may receive a system design problem. We respect your time — the case is designed to be completed in a few focused hours.

Full-Stack Content Engineering
This is not just frontend work. You will build REST + GraphQL APIs, webhook event systems, document processing pipelines, and CRM integrations.
AI in the Editor
KORA AI is embedded directly in the content editing experience. You will build AI-powered writing assistance, content analysis, and automated workflows — not just a chatbot sidebar.
Small Team, Maximum Ownership
You will own entire collections, API endpoints, and features end-to-end. No tickets from product managers — you talk to users and ship solutions.
