By accessing or using Manuscr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Manuscr provides a content management platform including headless CMS, form builder, document management, and CRM capabilities. The service is provided by Septimius Tech Ltd, a Kennis Capital portfolio company.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to Manuscr. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a licence to host and serve your content as part of providing the service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Manuscr only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content.
6. API Usage
API access is subject to rate limits based on your plan tier. Excessive use that degrades service for other users may result in temporary throttling.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of Manuscr is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Septimius Tech Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of Manuscr.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
