Septimius Tech Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates Manuscr. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data.

2. Data We Collect

We collect account information (name, email), content you create and upload, form submissions, usage analytics, and device information. Content data is stored in our Supabase PostgreSQL database in eu-west-1 (Ireland).

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide and improve the Manuscr service, communicate with you, ensure platform security, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (Supabase for database, Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare for CDN), and when required by law.

5. Content Data

Content you create in Manuscr belongs to you. When you delete content, it is removed from our active database. Backups are retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

6. Data Security

We implement encryption at rest and in transit, row-level security in our database, role-based access control, and regular security audits.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data. Export your content at any time through the API or admin panel.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
