Data Policy

1. Data Classification

All data on the Manuscr platform is classified into four tiers:

• Tier 1 — Public: Published content, public API endpoints.
• Tier 2 — Internal: Draft content, user roles, site configurations.
• Tier 3 — Confidential: Form submissions, CRM data, lead information.
• Tier 4 — Restricted: PII, authentication credentials, API keys.

2. Data Storage

All data is stored in Supabase PostgreSQL databases in eu-west-1 (Ireland). Encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Row-level security enforces access control.

3. Content Data

Content you create belongs to you. When you delete content, it is removed from our active database. Backups are retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

4. Data Export

Export your content at any time through the REST API, GraphQL API, or admin dashboard. We support JSON, CSV, and Markdown export formats.
